Prior to starting her own consulting business, Glass was a leader with Starbucks Coffee Company for 11 years in both marketing and HR, coaching and training executives as well as hiring managers around the globe.

Her insightful ability allows her to guide her clients individually and as a team to map to their roles and actions to their business goals.
