At Glass Talent Strategies, we live these values:
We deeply value and believe in meaningful connections that have a lasting impact.
Every single moment is an opportunity to learn and grow. We are insatiably curious.
We are open, very open, and enter all work with no judgment, creating a safe environment for each person to fully share and be vulnerable with where s/he is.
Along with acceptance, we always follow my mother’s mantra, “practice compassion.” With that comes patience.
Laugh a little, if not a lot. Humor is a huge part of what keeps us healthy, sane and in perspective.
Pay It Forward:
When you pursue your greatest potential, you improve someone else’s likelihood for success.
You’re here because you want to learn. You want to be the best you and inspire those around you to do the same. Everyone should be given the chance to be empowered. Not everyone has that luxury. So why not share the love? Glass Talent Strategies donates 5% of profits to two charities that empowers and educates those who might not have the means.
Go Local: Any Baby Can
In Austin, we have a tremendous organization striving everyday to make a child’s fullest potential possible to reach, Any Baby Can. They are truly inspiring and continue to have amazing impact with their mission to empower families so children can succeed.
Go Global: Pencils of Promise
I was truly inspired reading Adam Braun’s book, Pencils of Promise. He built his company on the philosophy that “A generation empowered will empower the world.” Amen. They are some amazing impact on education around the world and 100% of online donations go directly to our programs on the ground.
